Our Story
Sunly Properties, Inc. (SPI) traces its roots back to 1996 when the incorporators decided to venture into real estate. Known then as Sunly Real Estate Corporation (SREC), it inaugurated its flagship project when the Asian crisis and the real estate glut were at their peak. Combining quality workmanship with flexible payment schemes, the initial phase “flew off the shelves.” Units were sold out in a matter of months and the rest is history.
